At Flask Fine Wine & Whisky, we strive to ensure every bottle meets our high standards of quality; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally limited to damaged or corked products. Please contact our specialists within 14 days of purchase to address any concerns regarding your order.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the bottle arrived damaged.
Verification
Our sommeliers will review your request to verify the condition of the wine or whisky, which may include returning the remaining liquid for testing in the case of corked bottles.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, carefully pack the item in its original shipping materials to ensure it is protected during transit back to our cellar.
Refund or Replacement
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
