Union Sacre Sylvaner Santa Maria Valley 2022

This wine is delicate and refreshing, characterized by flavors of peaches, apple, and white flowers. Sylvaner, also known as Silvaner, is a white wine grape variety primarily grown in Alsace and Germany. In Germany, it is officially referred to as Grüner Silvaner. 

Union Sacré is one of the most unique wineries on the Central Coast of California.
