Springbank 10 Year Fino Cask Matured 2025 Release 110 Proof

Fourth in a five part sherry series, the whisky has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks. The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits. Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate. Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.
