It harvested its first crop of fruit in 1999, and today specializes in making red wines based on the Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz wine grape varieties from its two vineyards, Redwind and Manjalda.
The Redwind vineyard enjoys a Mediterranean climate of warm summers and moderate, wet winters. The vineyard is planted to a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Mataro (Mourvèdre) grape varieties that form the basis of the estate's two single-vineyard Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
