From Polcenigo in Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Frederico Cremasco combines 25 botanicals, many hand-foraged from the nearby Dolomites, with Verduzzo del Collio, a high-quality native wine, and three different types of absinthe to create this bold vermouth. Notes of marsala, ripe black cherry, mint, and sweet herbs.
