Domaine Anne Gros Echezeaux Grand Cru Cuvee Les Loachausses 2023

This vintage the wines show their typical beautiful feminine character that the domaine is known for. The entry-level wines will delight you, do not be fooled by their “lowly” appellations. The top wines always age supremely well and have significant upside.

This year also sees the return of Anne’s popular and great value Crémant de Bourgogne, with a “Black” and a “White” version (depending on if you prefer a Pinot Noir or Chardonnay dominant blend).

Anne Gros’ son Paul, along with his sister Julie, is progressively assuming more and more responsibility for the day-to-day operations. Paul is now involved in the vinification of the wine. Paul has not changed the domaine’s style of pure, perfumed fruit forward wines but there seems to be a little more structure now as well. We will be offering Paul Gros’ wines later in the year.
