A 27-year-old single malt from the Bowmore Timeless Series, matured in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, as well as first-fill oloroso sherry butts. Aromas of stewed plums, raisins, sultanas, toffee and liquorice fill the nose, complemented by notes of Montecristo cigars, roasted coffee beans, chestnut honey, beeswax and dark chocolate throughout the palate.
