Bookers 25th Anniversary Bourbon

Booker's 25th Anniversary Bourbon

10 Year Old #2014-01 / 25th Anniversary

Booker’s 25th Anniversary Bourbon was released to celebrate the 25th year of Booker’s Bourbon and includes the oldest whiskey ever bottled for the Booker’s line (9-11 years). These barrels were not just the oldest ever bottled under the Booker’s name, but were also among the last barrels Booker laid down before his passing.

Booker's was launched in 1992 and is part of the Jim Beam Small Batch collection, alongside Baker's, Knob Creek and Basil Hayden.

Booker's 25th Anniversary Bourbon Batch #2014-01 commemorated the brand's 25th anniversary and was aged for 10 years and 3 months.

The Booker's brand is a subsidiary of Jim Beam and was named after former master distiller, Booker Noe. His son Fred is now the current master distiller and is on record as having said, "if you’re drinking Booker’s, you better have your pajamas on!” Jim Beam have two distilleries in Kentucky where they produce their bourbon, but Booker's is the only brand produced exclusively at one of them; the Boston Road plant, now also known as the Booker Noe distillery.

Jim Beam is the world's best-selling bourbon, crafted by seven generations of family distillers since 1795. Elegant. Smooth. Refined. That's what years of aging in new charred oak barrels does to our Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Fred Noe, Jim Beam's 7th Generation Master Distiller, has stayed true to the family recipe that's been passed down through generations. The Jim Beam portfolio of products includes Jim Beam Bourbon, Jim Beam Black, Jim Beam Double Oak, Jim Beam Devil's Cut, Jim Beam Bonded, Jim Beam Rye, Jim Beam Distiller's Masterpiece, Jim Beam Vanilla, Jim Beam Apple, Jim Beam Honey and Jim Beam Kentucky Fire among other offerings.
